Our Policies & Guidelines

Our goal is to provide every student with a positive, encouraging, and structured learning environment. To ensure the best experience for all students and families, we ask that everyone review and follow the policies below. These guidelines help classes and lessons run smoothly while allowing our instructors to provide the highest quality music education.

Tuition & Registration

  • A $25 non-refundable registration fee is required for each student at the time of registration.
  • Registration is complete once the registration form, payment information, and registration fee have been received.
  • Tuition covers the full 15-week session and reserves the student’s place in the program.
  • Tuition and registration fees are non-refundable.
  • Parents are welcome to observe lessons unless otherwise directed by the instructor.

Scheduled Payment Policy

To make tuition more manageable for families, payment plans are available.

  • A valid credit or debit card must be kept on file.
  • Tuition is charged automatically in five-class installments at the beginning of each payment period.
  • Families will receive advance notice of scheduled payment dates.
  • If a scheduled payment is declined, the balance must be paid promptly to avoid interruption of lessons.
  • Students with outstanding balances may be withdrawn from the program until payment has been received.

Refunds

  • Registration fees are non-refundable.
  • Tuition is non-refundable after registration.
  • No prorated tuition is offered for late enrollment, missed lessons, or early withdrawal.

Absences

Regular attendance helps students make consistent progress.

  • Students are expected to arrive on time for every lesson or class.
  • Missed lessons, group classes, recitals, and performances cannot be made up or rescheduled.
  • Students arriving late will receive the remainder of their scheduled lesson time.
  • If a student will be absent, families are encouraged to notify the instructor or church office as soon as possible.

Safety Precautions

The safety and well-being of every student is a top priority.

  • All instructors have successfully completed criminal background checks.
  • Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children before and after lessons.
  • Students should wait in designated areas until their instructor is ready.
  • Please notify the church office of any medical conditions, allergies, or emergency contact changes.
  • Families are expected to treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with kindness, courtesy, and respect to help maintain a welcoming learning environment for everyone.
