Tuition and Registration for Lessons
Tuition is paid on a semester basis (Fall, Spring, and Summer), and is based on number and length of weekly lessons, and whether they are private or group lessons. In general, we do not have lessons during weeks when CCSD is not in session.

New registrations will be processed in the order received to schedule the lesson time. We are currently teaching lessons on Wed and Thurs afternoons. If other days OR Zoom lessons are desired, please indicate this on the registration form. Students will be contacted by email to confirm registration and schedule lesson time.
The semester’s tuition is paid online in full at time of registration, unless a payment schedule has been arranged for. We are HAPPY to work with families and arrange payment schedules! Scheduled Payment Policy
If a scheduled payment is not received, lessons will be withheld until payment is made.
Refunds
A refund for lessons will be issued ONLY at the beginning of the term if we are unable to schedule a mutually agreeable time.
Camp tuitions are non refundable.
Absences
No make-ups are given for absences or late arrivals. Lessons are re-scheduled for the following situations only:
-Teacher absences
-Extreme situations such as a death or hospitalization in the immediate family or a medical condition of the student requiring the care of a physician. An email notification must be sent ASAP to gamemusicacademy@game-music.org
All camp absences are non-refundable.
Safety Precautions
All instructors have had a background check.
All Covid protocols are followed, based on the current policies from the Nevada Governor’s office.
Parents are welcome to observe at any time.
