Our Policies & Guidelines
Our policies and guidelines are designed to ensure that our community is safe, respectful, and inclusive. We expect all students to abide by these policies and guidelines at all times. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Tuition & Registration
Tuition is paid on a semester basis (Fall, Spring, and Summer), and is based on number and length of weekly lessons, and whether they are private or group lessons.

NEW Registrations will be processed in the order received to schedule the lesson time. We are currently teaching lessons on Thursday afternoons. If other days are desired, please indicate this on the registration form. Students will be contacted by email to confirm registration and schedule a lesson time.
The semester’s tuition is paid online in full at the time of registration, unless a payment schedule has been arranged. We are HAPPY to work with families to arrange a payment schedule! Please contact us at gamemusicacademy@game-music.org to arrange a payment schedule.
Scheduled Payment Policy
If a scheduled payment is not received, lessons will be withheld until payment is made.
Refunds
Because we hire teachers based on the number of students registered for the semester, we are not able to offer refunds for partial unused semesters.
Absences
No make-ups are given for absences or late arrivals. Please arrive on time.
Safety Precautions
All instructors are educated professionals in their area of specialty, and have passed a criminal background check.
Parents are welcome to observe at any time.
